Behind the scene at P Square’s invasion party

SOME weeks back, the duo of Paul and Peter Okoye, popularly known as P Square did what they know best by giving their fans another hip hop thrill through their latest album titled, Invasion when they held an album listening party.
It was, however, an eye opener as some issues revealed that performing the way they do is hard work and not an easy cake as the stars would like people to believe. While their fans were going gaga as usual, jubilating and showering encomiums on the brothers for their act, some natural critics had some reasons to rate some aspects low.
The first blight was when Paul who wished to mount the lectern from the back had to try more than once before he succeeded, his leg kept slipping off the iron and he dropped down but like a gallant man, he did not give up as he attempted continually.  At last, he succeeded and stormed the stage from the back, giving his audience an impression that he just materialised from the roof top. Expectedly, this caused uproar amongst the fans especially when he followed up with different dancing moves.
Alas, this didn’t last long to his fan’s disappointment as his bangle costume, produced by a renowned Nigerian designer dropped off from his chest.

Like an expert that he is, Paul tried to pull the glittering bangle together but his efforts failed as the costume required the attention of the designer. After assorted unsuccessful tries to adjust his costume without enticing the awareness of his audience, he removed it utterly and threw it toward the onlookers while he continued with the business of the day.
