Wendall, a 23-year-old commercial pilot from Zimbabwe and Karen, a 27-year-old model from Nigeria have emerged co-winners of the U$200 000 first prizes in another amazing season of Big Brother Africa. karen won six country votes from Nigeria, Angola, Ghana, Rest of Africa, Mozambique and Tanzania. The Zimbabwean won in four countries: Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Kenya.
The second Nigerian entrant, Vina did not win any vote.
Karen was everyone’s favourite with her heart-on-her-sleeve confrontational style which had her, and us, in tears many times over.

Zimbabwe proved to be a strong contender with Wendall, the quietly spoken fellow from Harare, surprising all by finishing in joint first place.
