Before her live performance in New York began, she was seen sporting a hair net with her newly extended locks pinned up in curls as she completed a sound check.

She was upbeat and excited as she sang four songs off her new album LOUD! as part of The Today Show's summer concert series at the Rockefeller Plaza.
Wearing high-waisted navy shorts with fishnet tights and a cropped blue striped short, Rihanna channelled a sexy sailor girl as she danced her way around the stage.
She paired the cheeky ensemble with chunky gold jewellery and laced stiletto booties while her bright red hair had been given extra bounce with some long wavy extensions.
The revealing outfit displayed Rihanna's toned and curvaceous physique which she clearly has no problem showing off.

During the 20 minute set, performed early Friday Morning in front of a crowd of thousands, Rihanna sang her most recent four hits including S&M, California King Bed, What's My Name and Only Girl In The World.
The performer got the crowd going wild with her racy dance moves and even handed over the singing responsibilities to them for certain lines.
Less than 24 hours before her gig, the Bajan beauty was spotted looking down in the dumps as she headed into LAX airport to catch her flight to New York. Just this week it was announced that the star has received four BET Award nominations including a nod for Best R & B Artist.
The results will be announced at the live Awards Show on June 26th. Later, the star enjoyed a little bit of free time and relaxation as she went to lunch with a friend in the city.
With her hair still in its pin curled style, Rihanna opted for a morelow key look for the Italian meal. Wearing a short sleeved white shirt and high waisted black trousers and black heels, the singer looked happy and relaxed as she strolled through the sunshine.
