Best/Worst Dressed - Personal Style (Incomplete Commenting)

Well I just decided to go ahead and post this and will just let Dan update his comments when he gets the chance to, since I haven't heard from him in a while, which is why this has been on a bit of a delay.

So (so far) here are the comments from the Personal Style theme from last week! With guest commentators Sofi(lulla96) and Tyler(tylerisbold)!

Casual Cuties

Dei: Every time I look at semimilor_jonas' name, I read it as 'senor_jonas', but I can relate to her about this outfit, because I know when I am just going to a super market or to a gas station, I am not going to be in a pair of 4 inch heels and a designer dress, well, not unless I feel like it. While my favorite of the three has to be Laurenboy's since I adore vintage fashion and this look incorporates some very nicely.

Dan: I really love punkyfish2007's outfit, it's so cute and wearable, I could really see it being a real outfit, it's girly but laid back. Laurenboy's sweater and vest combo is very cute and dynamic, it has a vintage look to it, very 70's Inspired. semimilor_jonas has a pretty simple outit, I like the pink converse and actually own a pair, I don't think the outfit really makes a statement though.

Tyler: What I like about punkyfish2007, is that she really kept her outfit personal. Like Dan said before me, it is laid-back and casual. It is nothing dramatic, but a cute alternative way of making a sweet statement.

Sofi: Punkyfish2007 looks adorable, but that Stardoll & The City bag looks a little strange to me. Laurenboy's outfit would have to be my favorite out of the three. It's put together so well, and colors are organized well. Semimilor_jonas' outfit doesn't really impress me at all. It's just like something I'd see any new member wear, and it doesn't look like she put much effort in it at all.

Dan: Debbie is one of my favorite people on Stardoll and I think her simple style is adorable. I prefer her school look though, broughes and skinny jeans are so cute and a flow-y top gives contrast. 90210silverBH has a nice look, I don't know if it looks a bit too washed out, a pop of color in the shoes or a belt would have spiced this up a little I think.

Sofi: Debbie looks good and I absolutely love her first outfit! The only thing I would do, is switch around the sunglasses. 90210silverBH looks nice, but I don't really like it. The ring is a little... strange? I don't think it goes well with what she's wearing.

Tyler: supastar4real is a complete superstar! I would personally choose her 'school wear' outfit to be my favorite over her 'casual' one because it incorporates a lot more of Fall trends, opposed to the day time look. But that is the one amazing thing about having a personal style, you make it "yours". When it comes to 90210silverBH and her look, she played it safe. I love this theme, "personal style", because with it you can be whoever you want to be (especially on Stardoll). An outfit can define who you are. When I look at her outfit, I get the realization that she was not having a good day. 

Dei: Debbie(supastar4real)'s looks are very original while keeping up with trends today. While really I love 90210's because I can basically see myself wearing that in real life to a movie or out to eat.

Harry Potter Lovers

Dei: I think juicy-much's is very smart and witty, but lacks any personality unless you want to be seen as invisible, then you did a great job. While I thought it was really cute how Celeb added a little wand.

Dan: Nice idea, juicy-much but it kind of defeats the object of personal style if there is no person present. CelebLover44, would you really wear that dress? I doubt it.

Sofi: I love juicy-much's idea. It's really creative. CelebLover44 looks interesting, but it doesn't make much sense to me.

Beauties In Black

Dei: sethisDOOMED has to be my favorite of the three since she rocks orange very nicely. And I like how VampireLady33 let her own style mix with a fantasy style set of dark fairy wings. While punkyfish2007's is very cute and kinda plain but still nice to look at.

Sofi: These all look good, but my favorite is sethisDOOMED. I love her doll's hair, and how she added orange. It really makes the outfit stand out out from the other two, and it all looks very neat and organized. VampireLady33 has a very unique look to her doll and I think looks good in general. I just think some of the 'stuff' she's wearing is all over the place... like the butterfly.  Punkyfish2007 looks plain. I don't really like it though.

Tyler: VampireLady33 brought an edgy twist to the theme because she did not play it safe (which I like). She really shows what Stardoll represents when it comes to style, and even in real life. Be whoever it is, that you want to be.

Dan:

Edgy & Elegant

Dei: Well hopefully you don't have that many lip piercings in real life Rose8971, but love the belt + skirt combo.

Dan:

Tyler: _StarHellen_'s outfit impresses me. She has the perfect amount of class and she did it in her own way. I love the generous amounts of black and the dazzling splash of color. Way to go, sweetie.

Sofi: These are both nice, and I can't really decide which one I like more. The podium on _StarHelen_'s head looks awkward...

Dei: Not to be mean but I have seen a lot of people do that whole 'overuse the sleeve tattoos to cover the whole neck and chest' but quite frankly it seems a bit tacky, but the outfit its self is very chic. And vitalstatistick's  way of usage for the skirt is actually the first time I have seen anyone wear it and not look stupid, that is a good thing. :)

Sofi: LuxeHolly looks okay. It doesn't really catch my eye though. I would have to say I like vitalstatistick's outfit more. Actually, I love the dress she made using the hotbuys skirt, but what bothers me are the accessories. Her doll looks like she's about to sneeze(Dei Edit: It does! :o), and the red hair just doesn't go with the whole thing.

Tyler: LuxeHolly, wow, I am stunned. This has to be one of my favorites, if not - my favorite outfit of the night. On a personal level, this girl has genuine identity. I, however, do not support smoking. I love her Fall inspired black, sheer maxi skirt. The burnt orange tones. It just seems like she knew what she wanted and what she was doing (which she probably did). Keep it up!

Glam Punks

Dei: I am so in love with sucha96's look! I love punk/grunge-like style. But Funkylicious, you seem like you're about to cry. :(

Dan:

Sofi: Sucha96 looks hot, but I would like it more if she wore tighter pants. I also don't like the scarf. Semimilor_jonas' look is alright, but her scarf clashes with her top, it literally hurts to look at, haha. Funkylicious looks really depressed. The outfit is really ordinary, and the rose is strange...

Dressy Diva

Dan:

Sofi: Luxury_Magazine is looking lovely! The color of the skirt is a little too bright in my opinion,  so that's the only thing I dislike about it.

Dei: I would also wear this type of outfit out somewhere, I love pencil skirts, and I disagree with you Sofi, I think the hat should be brighter!

Black and White

Dei: Creative and kawaii.

Sofi: I really like this, but why is the owl necklace there..?

Dan:

Miscellaneous

Sofi: I think I froze for like, 20 seconds once I saw that 'forever alone' bag. That is just amazing! It just makes sakutaro's look even better overall. I really hate vitalstatistick's red hair and green makeup with her current look, which in general is okay without those two details. Archiecomiczfan's outfit is nice too, but I dislike the choker/necklace thing. 

Dei: Though if that was me, Archiecomiczfan, I would have toned down the outfit when wearing a tee shirt, but I love how she is obviously a dedicated fan of Michael Jackson and wanted to dress similar to him, but do you always want to dress like someone else? Vitalstatistick's is definably my style, I love everything about it, and the shoes are so cute! And at sakutaro's, I think I died a little and rolled on the floor for a bit when I saw the Forever Alone bag, does the designer of the bag it still make it? I want one. D:
