Most people choose to dress up as the most terrifying, ghoulish characters they can think of to celebrate Halloween.
But last night Gwen Stefani decided to channel her inner little girl as she arrived for a spooky party at the Beverly Wilshire hotel dressed up to the nines as Disney's Cinderella.
The 42-year-old singer donned a blue satin gown, white elbow-length gloves and piled her blonde hair on top of her head as she went all out for the occasion.

Mother-of-two Gwen teamed the dress with several beaded necklaces, a diamante tiara and feathered handbag.
Gwen was joined by fellow celebrities including Jessica Alba as she arrived for the event, believed to have been hosted by Hollywood actress Kate Hudson and her rock star fiancé Matt Bellamy.

And it proved to be star-studded occasion with many Hollywood stars on the coveted guest list including Alba, who arrived dressed as a witch alongside husband Cash Warren who went as an American football player.
Heroes actress Ali Larter also attended with her husband Hayes MacArthur and both had flown over from their hive as they arrived dressed as bumblebees.

Richie from the block: Nicole arrived dressed as J-Lo in a pink velour tracksuit and designer shades
The party was held at Hudson and Bellamy's Pacific Palisades estate and also among the guests were Nicole Richie dressed as J-Lo and Emma Roberts as a Playboy bunny.
Zooey Deschanel arrived in a glamorous Mad Men inspired outfit from the 1960s and and Rashida Jones who arrived as a Cherry Blow-Pop lollipop.

Where's your costume, Chaz? While his Dancing With The Stars co-star David Arquette got his Elvis groove on, Mr Bono declined to get into the Halloween spirit
Nicky Hilton left her sister Paris to party at a nearby bash as she arrived for Hudson's do dressed as Little Red Riding Hood while Leslie Mann and Judd Apatow got into an 80s time warp for their costumes.
David Arquette perfected his sneer and his gyrations as he arrived as Elvis alongside Dancing With The Stars co-star Chaz Bono, who hadn't made an effort to get into costume for the party.

Sitcom stars: Rules of Engagement actor David Spade arrived looking bruised and bloody while That 70s Show's Topher Grace decided not to dress up
Elsewhere, Victoria Secret's model Alessandra Ambrosio took inspiration from Black Swan for her ballerina costume and wore a pretty white tutu for a party she was attending.
And Paris Hilton decided not to join sister Nicky and instead partied at the nearby Roosevelt Hotel in a star-print tutu.
