She may be not be fighting fit right now but that hasn't stopped Rihanna from breaking records.

The 23-year-old was forced to cancel shows in Sweden this week due to illness but managed to rack up her 11 number on single on the Billboard's Hot 100.

The Bajan singer hit the top of the US charts with the help of Calvin Harris on We Found Love and pulled one song ahead of Janet Jackson and Stevie Wonder who both have 10 number one singles.

Riri is now tied with Whitney Houston, who also has 11 number one hit singles, but still falls short of Madonna who has 12.

She has a long way to go to catch the Beatles who are leading the pack with a massive 20 number one singles and Mariah Carey with 18.

Elvis Presley is in third place with 17 and the late king of pop Michael Jackson follows him with 13.

Rihanna achieved the feat in record time beating Madonna's previous record of six years and nine months by five months and making herself the fastest solo artist to get 11 singles.

We Found Love managed to stay at the top of the UK charts for three weeks before being knocked off last week by Professor Green and Emeli Sande with Read All About It.

At finding out she had become the seventh artist in the 53-year-old history of the Billboards to score 11 number one singles Rihanna tweeted: 'YELLOW DIAMONDS IN THE LIGHT!!! #Rihannanavy you make me look so damn good!! Yall the illest!! Congrats on our 11th #1 We Found Love! Thank u!'

We Found Love registered 243,000 digital downloads in first week of release in the US and was criticised for showing drug-related and sexual content.

Riri's new album, Talk That Talk, is released November 18 and the superstar has been releasing video footage of her preparing the album.

In one clip we see her travel from her hotel, The London Savoy, to her concert at The O2 Arena.

Rihanna unveils her new stage outfits... and guess what, there's not much of them

Rihanna unveils her new stage outfits... and guess what, there's not much of them

After being halfway into her Loud world tour, you couldn't blame Rihanna for getting tired of the same routines and outfits.

So as she took to the stage in Paris last night, it looks like she's added a few more costumes to her tour to freshen things up.

And as you would expect from Rihanna, they weren't exactly modest, conservative numbers.

The 23-year-old spiced things up in a leather corset-style leotard and furry pink handcuffs as she writhed on stage in an S&M-style routine with her male dancers.

During her set to accompany her January hit S&M, Rihanna takes the song quite literally as she is handcuffed to poles erected on the stage at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy.

As she sings the suggestive lyrics, she is joined by four male dancers who writhe all over her partially-clothed body.

And in another song, a trouser suit-clad Rihanna romps on top of a female dancer.

Her risqué show comes after the star tried to play down her raunchy moves, insisting they weren't that sexual.

She told Esquire magazine: 'At the end of a concert, I don't feel like I've been this sexy thing. Really, I don't even think about it.

'Unless it's a song that really calls for it, like Skin or S&M, or when I cover Darling Nikki. There's a section that's called Sex in the show, which is the obvious section for sexuality.

'Like, really? Honestly, even if it comes across sexual - it has to be a part of my subconscious thought. It's never deliberate in the rest of the show. I don't even really... I could see What's My Name? - the dancing is pretty sexy... Rude Boy.

'But I don't know. I guess people find different things sexy.'

Although Rihanna has a lot of young fans, she insists she never set out to be a role model.

She told Glamour recently: 'You know, like it's a piece of art, with all these toys and textures to play with. See, people ... they want me to be a role model just because of the life I lead. The things I say in my songs, they expect it of me, and [being a role model] became more of my job than I wanted it to be. But no, I just want to make music.'

The Barbadian star kicked off her Loud tour in Baltimore, Maryland in June, and is set to complete the 99-gig route in London in December.

She's already performed three gigs at London's O2 Arena, but it proved so popular, she added a further seven dates.

Meanwhile, the singer has reached a settlement with photographer David LaChapelle after he claimed she copied some of his photographs in her S&M video.

After he filed a lawsuit against Rihanna and her record label in January, seeking $1million, a New York court ruled in favour of LaChapelle.

His publicist said in a statement: 'David is happy with the settlement.'

They apparently started dating after Rihanna hand-picked Dudley O'Shaughnessy to star in the video for her new single We Found Love.

And the chemistry between the new couple is clear to see as they cuddle up in the video, which premiered today.

From kissing, cuddling and making love, the pair's relationship takes a turn for the worse - turning abusive, scary and upsetting.

Talking about the video, Rihanna tweeted today: 'We’ve never done a video like this before. This is probably one of the deepest videos I’ve ever done. It’s all about love and love being like a drug… you definitely get that from this.

'The good feeling of it and the dangers of it. That’s what this video is about.'

The video opens with Rihanna, putting on an Irish accent, narrating the beginning of the story, saying: 'I saw you screaming when no one can hear. You always feel ashamed that someone could be that important that without them, you feel like nothing.

'No one will ever understand how much it hurts. You feel hopeless, like nothing can save you. Then when it's over, it's gone, you almost wish you could have all that bad stuff back, so that you can have the good.'

Rihanna and Olympic boxing hopeful Dudley are then seen going headfirst into a passionate, physical relationship - unable to bear to be apart from one another for even a second.

Smoking cigarettes, that appear to be marijuana, and drinking alcohol, their relationship goes to another level as they indulge in fairground rides, raves and romps in fields.

In fact, it was these romps which caused 61-year-old farmer Alan Graham to ask Rihanna to leave his field, after being shocked at the antics going on between the singer and Dudley.

The devout Christian farmer said at the time: 'If someone wants to borrow my field and things become inappropriate, then I say, "Enough is enough".

'I wish no ill will against Rihanna and her friends. Perhaps they could acquaint themselves with a greater God.'

After getting up close and personal with Dudley in her car, Rihanna is then seen running through the field topless in another scene from the We Found Love video.

But things start to go wrong for the couple as they love for each other becomes all-consuming, leading to violent arguments and fights.

The video ends with Rihanna curled up in the corner of the room alone as the ballad draws to an end.

Rihanna is said to have set her sights on sportsman Dudley after handpicking him to appear in the video.

A source told The Sun: 'Rihanna was making no secret that she fancied the pants off Dudley. They hit it off straight away.

'She had seen his modelling shots and other pictures when he was a boxer. Rihanna took every opportunity to get close to him and at one point she was sitting in his lap during a break from filming.

'She's very tactile anyway, but this was something else.'

The East Londoner, 21, quit the sport after cashing in on his unique looks and signing to Next Model Management.

The insider added: 'Dudley was giggling like a schoolboy when she had to shoot a scene in a see-through top. She was teasing him with a peek at her cleavage and winking at him.'

We Found Love is the lead single from Rihanna's upcoming album Talk That Talk, due for release on November 21.

Time for a Cheeky Little Competition...

Hola! I haven't posted on here for a while and I didn't want you guys to think I had forgotten you. No matter how hard I try to leave, Stardoll has sunk their cheap ghetto nails into my skin and they're not letting go.
Now on to today's Stardoll News. Well, yesterdays, but I only got round to posting about it today.

Yes, you read that right. Stardoll are planning their own 'fabulous fashion range' and they want our help to decide what kind of crap people would buy. (Didn't they already do this?) Usually, I'd just shake my head and carry on, but being the cheapskate student I am, I'm in no position to pass up the chance for £100 to spend on clothes. And as it turns out, my sense of style is more important to people than I imagined....

Hehe. Although I have to say, I get mistaken for Rihanna all the time so it's only fair that she gets mistaken for me sometimes. Obviously Stardoll want to gage how we like to dress, and I'm a little curious as to what kind of designs will come out of a lot of people voting for Gaga as their style icon. Bacon headbands? Leggings made entirely from old hair extensions? Gimp masks?
I like to see them go a little coo-coo-bananas. We wouldn't expect it, would we?

So here's my mini-competition. In the comments, come up with what you think Stardoll should name this new fashion range, and any little extra details you want to throw in. Be witty, be creative and be your usual skeptical selves. There's no prize - I'm not MADE of Starcoins - but I'll post the best ones next week and you'll get the satisfaction of your name being seen by thousands without having to strip on Skype or create the next Stardoll Playboy.

Rihanna meets with her 'maker' L.A. Reid as guest judge on X Factor U.S.

Her risqué performance on the British X Factor last year drew thousands of complaints.

But tonight RnB superstar Rihanna makes her return to the hit franchise - this time appearing alongside her 'maker' L.A. Reid on the U.S. version for the judges houses stage of the contest.

Reid signed Rihanna six years ago at his label DefJam Recordings after being bowled over by her audition.

Now, the Umbrella star will help Reid sort the wheat from the chaff on Fox tonight as they pick which of his eight acts in the boys category to send through.

All will be revealed when the show airs tonight and on Thursday - but usually each of the four judges take through four acts each.

Fighting for a place on the lives shows in Reid's category are Brennin Hunt, Brian Bradley, Chris Rene, Marcus Canty, Nick Voss, Phillip Lomax, Skyelor Anderson and Tim Cifers.

Stills released from tonight's episode show Rihanna being introduced to the contestants before watching their performances in the grounds of Reid's home.

The 23-year-old star is dressed casually in denim and heels - a far cry from her look on the UK show last year when she cavorted around suggestively in a two-piece in a pre-watershed performance.

Speaking about Reid, Rihanna said he can be 'a pain in the ass' - while she described fellow judge Simon Cowell as being 'raw' and 'very' honest with his caustic critiques.

'I don’t know who’s more competitive between L.A and Simon. They are both very stubborn individuals,' she says.

'Simon is.. very raw. Let’s put it that way. With the way that he approaches critique. But it’s very honest. You have to listen to everything he says, no matter how nasty it might sound.'

And the Barbadian star concludes that Reid will be carrying no passengers: 'L.A Reid… he can definitely be a pain in the ass as well.

'I have to say, he will find a way to make you feel you might have a second chance on a nice day, but he rarely gives second chances. You have to really impress him in a short time.'

Rihanna also says that she would have been down to audition for the X Factor if it had been around at the time she was trying to break into the music industry.

'Six years ago before I was signed , if It was the X Factor that had come first, I definitely would have entered to have a chance at fulfilling my dream. With this show, it’s all so exciting, and Its like a party!'

Other rumoured guest judges tonight include Pharrell Williams, Mariah Carey and Enrique Inglesias - who will pair up with Nicole Scherzinger, Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul.
