Serena Williams appears to have found a new love match.
The tennis player was seen going on a date with country singer Jake Owen on Friday night. The pair went to Matsuhisa restaurant in Los Angeles but restrained from showing any public displays of affection.
Serena, 30, wore a floral asymmetrical dress which showed off plenty of her toned thighs.
She paired it with an autumnal brown leather jacket and matching fur-lined boots.
She wore her hair in tight curls and appeared to have love in mind as she had a heart shaped leopard print bag draped across her shoulder.
The 30-year-old singer was dressed down and wore black jeans, a white T-shirt and dark zipped up sweater.
Owen is one of country music's rising stars with his number one hit Blue Jean Barefoot Night.
He has three albums behind him and has toured with Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, Sugarland and Keith Urban.
The American had received a code violation last month for yelling 'come on' after battling to hang on to her serve during the start of her second set against Samantha Stosur.
The chair umpire tried to explain to her that she was giving Stosur the point but Serena demanded a replay.
When she refused, Serena launched a verbal attack, accusing the umpire of being in her infamous verbal attack on a lineswoman which cost her a point penalty and her US Open semi-final against Kim Clijsters in 2009.
'You're a hater and you're just unattractive inside. 'Who would do such a thing? And I never complain. Wow. What a loser.
'You get a code violation because I express who I am. We're in America last I checked.
'Can I get a water? Or am I going to get violated for a water?
Serena was fined $2,000 by the United States Tennis Association for the outburst. She earned $1.4million in the Open.
