Ex-GTB MD, Tayo For Burial Friday

The late Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Trust Bank, GTB, Mr. Olutayo Aderinokun, will be buried next week Friday at the Vaults and Gardens, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRSC Close, Ikoyi, Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria.

According to a statement signed by Babatunde Aderinokun on behalf of the Aderinokun family, the week-long burial rites commence next week Monday with a GTB Commendation Service at Harbor Point 4, Wilmot Point Road, off Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

It will be followed by a service of songs at the same venue on Tuesday, 28 June 2011 from 6 pm to 8 pm while his body will lie in state at his residence, 58A, Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos on Thursday from 9 to 2 pm.
On Thursday, there will be a wake keep at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Church service holds at Ikoyi Baptist Church, Ikoyi, Lagos at 5, Lateef Jakande Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos from10 a.m. on Friday After the church service, guests will move to Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos for refreshment while only family members will attend the interment at Vaults and Gardens.
Aged 56, Olutayo Aderinokun was the GTB boss until his death in London on 14 June 2011.
