Hey all. Please don't take this as an advertisement for myself, I'm not using this blog for advertisements, I'm trying to help people who may not be able to get a show at Elite Network.
We've all heard about Elite Network, and we've seen the shows that come out of there, but if you've realized, a lot of the writers are mostly popular users. What about the unknown users, or the ones that need a little help? I've decided to open a tv station called Channel 99. If you've ever wanted to get a tv show, or even be in one, feel free to apply.
I'd like to say that Elite Network gets nothing but praise from me, and I'm simply doing this for people who might not be able to get featured.

GM Daewoo plans to attack Hyundai-Kia with 8 new models

Hyundai's facing stiffer competition on its local car market. GM-Daewoo plans 8 new models for next 12 months.



GM-Daewoo announced it plans to unveil 8 new models in Korea over the span of next 12 months. The third-largest Korean carmaker is planning to completely renew its current model line-up, which consists of eight passenger cars and two commercial vehicles.

The automaker will invest more than $5 billion to renew and launch 8 new models. With this huge investment, GM-Daewoo wants to lift its sales by 20 percent and push up its domestic market share into double digits this year.

The South Korean carmaker will launch new Alpheon sedan, rebadged Chevrolet Orlando and a completely new small hatchback model that will replace the current Gentra X. It will also unveil a revamped mid-size sedan, replacing Daewoo Tosca, new Lacetti Premiere and Winstorm crossover vehicle.

The legendary Chevrolet Camaro, already on sale in the U.S. market, is also expected to hit the Korean shores. GM Daewoo plans to start selling the rear-wheel-drive sports car in Korea sometime next year.

At the up-coming Paris Auto Show, Chevrolet is going to unveil a new 5-door Cruze hatchback. The more pracical model to the four-door sedan will also appear in Korean showrooms soon, according to GM-Daewoo.

The above-mentioned plan could hurt Hyundai sales, but the South Korean largest automaker has an answer, and that is, launching new cars as well. There are new Veloster, Elantra, Sonata hybrid and Azera mid-size sedan waiting to hit the market within a few months. So, let's the game begin.

Stardoll Fashion Week Branches Out

I'm beginning to think that Mary (writemarycat) is turning more and more into a Stardoll trendsetter every day. Can you feel the excitement in the air, from the upcoming Stardoll Fashion Week featuring brands such as Dioguardi Couture, N3RD*, and L'arte de Lily**. While the glamorous clothing alone would be enough to make me happy, Mary had to go and set me on Cloud 9!
Another addition has been made to SFW, called 'The SFW Exellence Awards'! Mary says, "All our awards are decided by our elite fashion panel, except the last one, which is chosen by YOU!
All the collections will be aired by Saturday 2nd October, so that evening a poll will come up and you will have 24 hours to decide your winner." Exciting! There will be several categories that a brand can win, such as Best Starbazaar Collection, Must Have Award, Most Daring, Best Makeup, People's Choice Award, and so on. You can view the whole list here. I will do a segment once all of the collections have been shown, and the other PSG writers and myself will write who we think should win these categories.

Tyler vs. Manolo

Tylerisbold never fails to hold back his thoughts. This time he publicly lashed out on his 'fashion' blog, Tyler's Top Trends at DG owner Manolo.DiCicco.

Why? Well, Tyler felt offended by a statement Manolo made about his new fashion blog Beyond Beauty, in which you can read below.

"I'm going to tell you that Beyond Beauty's goal IS to stand out from the rest!! Because we're talking high fashion here!! Forget everything you've ever read on any other Stardoll fashion blog because this is the real deal and I'm sure that this blog is going to be a rather delicious feast for your fashion eye!!" -Manolo

After Tyler read that statement, he felt Manolo was basically calling every Stardoll blog related to fashion "SHIT". Tyler even went on to say that "Dioguardi Group Sucks," and that he would no longer support them.

The Star Awards Comeback!

It's seems like Star_Awards's comeback is bigger than what we anticipated. According to Stardoll's King of Media Vanessa is bringing back The Star Awards along with media go getter Miss_LolitaF!!

It's a crazy team up, but it will be interesting to see how it all plays out. Can't wait for the awards!!
